Old Town Public Market Coming Soon to Yucca Valley
Old Town Public Market was founded by Josh and Krystal Castro, the visionary couple bringing a fresh cultural heartbeat to Old Town Yucca Valley in 2026.
A sun-lit haven where neighbors gather over specialty Yerba Mate, vinyl spins on vintage turntables, and every bite nourishes body and soul.
Opening 2026 in Old Town Yucca Valley, the Market will rise at the desert crossroads where art, music, and wellness collide. Imagine stepping through glass doors to the scent of locally roasted coffee, the crackle of a rare funk 45, and rows of organic produce and fresh eats glowing like gemstones under Mojave light. Featuring healthy market, cafe and record bar, this three-in-one sanctuary promises matcha, tartines, bowls and breakfast bites that energize and restore.
Opening Spring 2026. A new organic deli, market, coffee shop, and wine bar is on the way.
The highly anticipated cafe will be filling a huge gap in the market for healthy food. There is no doubt the demand is there for creative and curated cuisine that leaves you feel refreshed. Josh and Krystal have been popping up around town showcasing their future menu items and fresh branding. The anticipation for new small businesses is always palpable, but this one feels a little different.
Stay tuned for more information as the project develops. We expect to be hearing more from Old Town Public Market over the next few months and look forward to supporting as soon as the doors swing open.
