Shrub Club

Shrub Club gives Sun of the Desert's Joshua Tree backyard a monthly cold-drink ritual for the rest of 2026. The shop is teaming with Desert Shrubs for a third-Saturday pop-up built around sparkling shrub drinks poured over ice, bright with vinegar, fruit, herbs, and High Desert tang. The schedule is June 20, July 18, August 15, September 19, October 17, November 21, and December 19. Each date runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Joshua Tree store on Twentynine Palms Highway. Desert Shrubs is the Yucca Valley-based project from Luke and Elle Kemp, who make drinking vinegars rooted in homemade flavor and High Desert community.
