Public Image Ltd opens its North American tour at Pappy & Harriet's on Thursday, September 3, with Plague Vendor supporting. The show starts at 7 p.m. PiL is the post-punk band John Lydon formed after the Sex Pistols, a shifting project that has moved through rock, dance, folk, pop, and dub since the late 1970s. Plague Vendor brings a hard, physical live show and a garage-rock edge from Whittier. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
