UFOs & the Crypto-terrestrial Theory has its world premiere at the Twentynine Palms Book Festival at 6 p.m. Saturday, November 14. The screening and Q&A take place inside the Twentynine Palms Community Center at Freedom Plaza.
The documentary explores the theories and experiences of authors Leslie and Stephen Shaw. Jeremy Norrie of Sky Island Storytelling directs, and J. Horton of J. Horton Films is executive producer. After the screening, the authors and filmmakers discuss UFO phenomena, crypto-terrestrial ideas and the Mojave Desert’s place in speculative storytelling.
