Sleazy Cortez
Coachella Valley power trio Sleazy Cortez brings their fuzzy, riff-heavy “Trailer Trash Blues” back to the Pioneertown mesa for a hard-hitting Sunday night in the roadhouse. Expect loud, low-slung rock ’n’ roll steeped in desert dust and dive-bar grit, with songs pulled from their 2017 record Trailer Trash Blues and 2024’s The Sleazy Mountain EP. They’re joined by The After Lashes, an all-female punk outfit from the Coachella Valley fronted by journalist-musician Esther Sanchez, delivering sharp, high-energy sets that split the difference between classic punk attitude and desert-born DIY spirit. Opening the night is däj trío, a live rock band that’s become a familiar face on the Pappy & Harriet’s stage, setting the tone with tight, driving grooves. Doors open at 8:00 PM, with music starting at 9:00 PM on Sunday, March 1, 2026. Tickets are $10, making this a low-cost, high-volume way to close out the weekend at Pappy & Harriet’s—cold drinks, mesquite smoke, and loud amps under the high desert sky. Associated artists: Sleazy Cortez; The After Lashes; däj trío.
